Mary Kay Make-Up!! FREE from INFLUENSTER!

Yayyy for Mary Kay! =-)
So about a month ago I received my Mary Kay Vox Box FREE from Influenster. So I'm not being paid to write a good/bad review on the products that were sent. The products I received are as followed:
Mary Kay® Bronzing Powder
Mary Kay® Translucent Loose Powder
Mary Kay® Mineral Cheek Color
Mary Kay® Cream Eye Color in Apricot Twist
Mary Kay® Cream Eye Color/Concealer Brush
Mary Kay® Lash Love® Mascara
Mary Kay® Gel Eyeliner with Expandable Brush Applicator in Jet Black
Mary Kay® NouriShine Plus® Lip Gloss in Mango Tango 

Overall, I loved all the products, and have my favorites and least favorites.

My favorite products were, in order of likeness, The Lash Love Mascara, Gel Eyeliner with expandable Brush in Jet Black, The Mineral Cheek Color, and The Bronzing Power. The brushes were amazing as well, glad they sent those with the make-up!

The Mascara went on smoothly without any clumps and it really defined my eyelashes.
The Gel Eyeliner, also went on smoothly and just glides on. The expandable brush is perfect, and has an angle. I've always wanted to try that type of eyeliner. 
The Cheek Color is soooo PRETTY. Pretty Pink and has a slight golden tint to it. (Blush)
I've found a new love for Bronzing Powder again. The color you get, with any complexion, is amazing.


I won't say that I don't like the other products, they were okay as well.
The Translucent powder does help with shine, but I like shine because my face tends to be dry. So yes it does work, but I personally do not need it.
The Cream Eye Color is okay, the applicator brush it came with is great together. It says it can be used as an eyelid primer, which I probably will use it as. Its' color just doesn't pop enough. I put on a few more layers of it, it does say to use 2 coats, I believe. I would LOVE to try the other colors!
The Mango Tango Lip Gloss is okay. Medium tint. It is shiny, and nourishing. 


I wore the make-up out with my friend to a restaurant, to the movies, and out and about enjoying the spring weather. I did get compliments. One friend asked who did my make-up, and what make-up I had used (everything on my face was MARY-KAY!)! Will I stock up on more? Yes. The products that I listed as my favorites I will be buying again, once I run out. The Attention Grabber No Yearner.

So I Guess We All Have That Friend That Just Has To Have All Eyes On Them. Well I Have That Friend. That Friend That Always Has To Put Themselves Up And Always Bragging About Themselves. Like Shut Up! I Obviously Don't Care. All I Hear Is Stuff Like I Was Just Talking To So-and-So. Or I Think So-And-So Likes Me. And Then Wants To Dress All Outrageous And Slutty. Unfortunately That's Not Cute. Low-Rider Pants That Show The Butt-Crack NOT CUTE OR CLASSY. Then Wants To Make Up New Rules Or Excuses For The Reasons Why They Do What They Do...Yea... Uhm. Well I Have Stories Like That Too But I Really Don't Want To Hear All This Bragging. We All Know That You Aren't TITE.

So What Do We Do About Friends Like These. Nothing. There's Nothing Really To Do, Unless Of Course You Turn The Tables And Do The Same Exact Thing. Or Act Nonchalant And Just Reply With An Okay Or Just Don't Listen...
